Who would have thought that this is a 16 yo. She looks 21 to me.Miley Cyrus became an international phenomenal after starring in the hit show Hanna Montana.Recently appearing in a series of fashion photoshoot (I am not sure of the clothing brand), Miley's potraying a young, refreshing and hip line of clothing.
