Ella Koon to duet English song with Japanese rapper NYCCA "DARE TO BE" Ella Koon who has recently been rising in popularity attended a promotion at the Metro radio station to promote her new English song "Dare to Be" which features Chinese-Japanese blood rapper NYCCA (日華).
